Off to the playground and picnic

This mornings antics during a viewing of veggie tales.
sheppies turn. they both got to fingerpaint this morning. shep made three finger marks before the painted finger went in his mouth....
helping mommy sweep and clean up!!
before the playground/picnic I said "look up" and they literally did.
On the way home, boy do they look exhausted!!

Today we went to the local elementary school's playground, then had a picnic in the shade trees alongside it. Next week, we won't be able to do that on a weekday! As soon as we got there, samantha had to pee and i tried to show her how to squat and she ended up with a pullup. she's done really good at potty training. then she wanted to eat and not play. we ate and went home for naps. riding in the wagon must have worn them out because they both took 3 hour naps!!! mommy has about 25 days and 11 hours before she gets a break. that's when they both start childs day out on tues/thurs. not that i'm counting it down or anything. when it gets here, i'll say where did the summer go? at around 10am when samantha started one of her terrible two fits that lasted one hour, i thought when will this day end and now it has. i hope that doesn't start a trend....
