Nathan's parade!

Well, my nephew, nathan, had a parade at his school to celebrate derby and the peagasus parade. He is the one in the marching band playing the sandpaper cymbils. As you can see all the age groups participated. Even shepard and samantha stayed still long enough for mommy to enjoy it! Well it helps that mammaw and poppy were there too!

tonight we went to the playground and the little girl next door was helping samantha build her self confidence by climbing on new things. samantha got to almost the last rung on the chain ladder to get to the slide when BAM she fell down. It was about a four foot fall. I'm glad she didn't get seriously hurt. She was so scared that she would cry off and on the rest of the night. It happened about an hour before bedtime so that didn't add to her mood. She is so dramatic anyway. Any little emotion and the next second here come the crocodile tears! Tonight she said that she was jealous. She didn't really understand it but earlier she was sitting in my lap and shepard came over and tried to pull samantha off! He is too busy walking around to sit in mommy's lap too much anymore! That's ok since mommy steals her fair share of kisses for both of them!
